Unlike creams or temporary solutions, Avéli targets the fibrous septa bands beneath the skin that pull downward and create the appearance of dimples. During treatment Dr. Kate Chiasson, identifies, releases, and confirm the release of these bands in real time for a personalized and precise approach.
This single in-office procedure is designed to smooth cellulite on the buttocks and thighs, with results that can be seen after just one treatment. Each dimple is treated once, however depending on the size of the area to be treated and the number of dimples, the procedure may be spread over multiple visits.

Avéli™ is a one-time, in-office procedure designed to deliver long-lasting results after just one treatment. However, depending on the size and quantity of dimples, multiple treatments may be necessary.

Avéli™ provides long-term reduction in the appearance of cellulite by releasing the bands responsible for dimpling. While the treated bands do not “grow back,” the natural aging process and body changes can affect your skin over time.

Most patients returned to normal activities within 24-48 hours.

The most common side effects reported were mild pain within the first 24 hours and bruising and tenderness to the touch which typically resolved within 30 days. Small areas of firmness, usually not visible or painful, typically resolved in a couple of months.

The results of your procedure should be visible once swelling and bruising subsides. By one month post-procedure you should start to see the effects of the procedure.
